The band consists of: Victor Williams - lead vocals, guitar; Chris Nation - Bass guitar, backing vocals, misc other instruments; & Terry Moore - Drums, other percussion, backing vocals, and organ/keys.

Formed in Philadelphia in late 2006, the band has its beginnings six years earlier; when childhood friends Williams and Nation met drummer Moore during their freshman year of high school.
